Center for excellence in learning and teaching (CETL) is a unit under the School of Education with the function of supporting to develop teaching and learning at an excellent level. The center's goal is to equip and provide facilities, equipment and technologies to develop pedagogical skills for students, to develop programs and activities to develop teaching and learning skills in the community through information technology applications, online teaching.

The Center has 3 members (part-time) including Assoc.Prof. Nguyen Van No (general manager), MSc. Ho Thi Thu Ho (program designer), Dr. Bui Le Diem (information technology supporter)

• Supporting teaching practice for students
• Guide to applying information technology to teaching and learning
• Teaching practice at high schools
• STEM practice teaching
• Guide to applying technical means to teaching
• Online teaching
